COVID related shut downs, and distance learning has greatly affected students who participate in their school band programs. Band is a group activity, and cannot be done correctly on Zoom or other virtual platforms.
In an effort to help students who were affected by the shutdowns, Eager Studios has partnered with a local community band (Filarmonica Portuguesa de Tulare) to host our first ever Summer Band Camp here in Tulare to middle school and high school musicians.
Camp will be held the week of July 19 – July 23, with a concert held at the end of the camp to showcase what your student has worked on. In the camp, your child will have daily, 2.5 hour rehearsals, attend workshops and clinics, play FUN music, and meet other music students from around Tulare. Our concert will showcase both groups, as well as a joint performance by the Filarmonica Portuguesa de Tulare. The best part, tuition is ONLY $89.00 (less than $8/hour)
