One on one lessons curated to fit each student’s individual learning style. Your child will come away beaming from ear to ear, and able to play songs from their first lesson.
Our Deluxe Lessons are a great way for our students to make friends in lessons. These lessons break up the lesson into 3 20 minute segments focusing on theory, playing and game based learning.
Think your student is too young to start music? We have special curriculums designed for kids 3-5 years old. KiddyKeys is great for those interested in piano, and our KidzRock/JrRockerz classes are ideal for those wanting to perform.
ABOUT EAGER STUDIOS
58% of adults regret not learning music in their youth.
Don’t let the opportunity of learning music pass you, or your child by. Over half of adults regret not learning music when they were younger. It is also never too late to learn, and we would love to help you get started on your musical journey.
The benefits of music
Studies have shown that music provides a lot of internal & external benefits:
IMPROVES ACADEMIC SKILL
Music and math are highly intertwined. By understanding beat, rhythm, and scales, children are learning how to divide, create fractions, and recognize patterns. Studies show music students have higher GPAs than those who haven’t learned music.
IMPROVES PHYSICAL SKILLS
Certain instruments, such as percussion, help children develop coordination and motor skills; they require movement of the hands, arms, and feet. Enhancing coordination and perfecting timing can prepare children for other hobbies, like dance and sports.
REFINES DISCIPLINE & PATIENCE
Playing an instrument teaches kids to persevere through hours, months, and sometimes years of practice before they reach specific goals, such as performing with a band or memorizing a solo piece.
BOOSTS SELF ESTEEM
Lessons offer a forum where children can learn to accept and give constructive criticism. Turning negative feedback into positive change helps build self-confidence. This skill is easily transferrable to public speaking.
Our main focus is that every student will leave us with the ability to read music notation.
While we don’t go into too much depth, our students learn basic theory along with their instrument of study.
Listening is crucial to being a musician. Students are exposed to different musical sounds, and can identify the similarities and differences.
Practice is hard work; the reward is to perform. We host annual recitals in which our students get to show off what they have learned.
Don’t take our word for it – here’s what our clients say:
